I started back in March, 2011 with a goal - to lose weight, get healthy, and gain energy. And over the past year and a half, with the help of my wife’s encouragement (and patience) and the great trainers at Ultimate Bootcamp, I was able to do that.
I lost 60 pounds and have been able to keep it off while putting on muscle and improving endurance.
