Baked Kale Chip Recipe
1 bunch of kale
1 teaspoon sea salt or kosher salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cover baking pan with parchment paper.
- Remove the leaves from the stem and tear into bite-size pieces. Wash and dry pieces thoroughly, then place on parchment paper.
- Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Cook 10-12 minutes, or until edges begin to brown.
