At Ultimate Bootcamp, we have a few favorite go-to exercises, especially when we want to get the most out of our workouts. There are a couple of different power moves you can incorporate into any workout, whether you're in the middle of a long run, or if you only want to do a few moves while commercials are on TV. Increasing your heart rate and getting those muscles moving are what's most important.
