Ultimate Bootcamp Trainer Kim D. on NECN - Working Out in Extreme Heat

With heat advisories in effect for much of New England this week, it is important to work out in the early morning or in the evening when temperatures cool down.

"You want to be careful especially when the sun starts coming out," Ultimate Bootcamp Instructor Kim Driscoll said.

Driscoll says one word needs to be on your mind if you're working out in the heat - hydrate.

"If you're going to come out and work out, you want to make sure you're hydrated before you work out, hydrate during your work out and more importantly afterwards," Driscoll said.
