12 Days of Ultimate Bootcamp Workouts

Here's a little workout gift pack for your days off from Ultimate Bootcamp. The workouts are perfectly coordinated with the 2012 holiday schedule! The exercises starts off gentle, a good idea especially for those of you that just completed the 10 day X-Blast (yay you!). Then it ramps up a bit so that you're right in the pocket for coming back in the New Year. (Have you signed up yet?)

**BONUS** The workout can be sung to "12 Days of Christmas".  Let us begin!!!




12 Days of Ultimate Bootcamp

Dec. 17th:

On my first day off from bootcamp my trainer gave to me...
a 30 second high plank

 

Dec. 18th:

On my second day off from bootcamp my trainer gave to me...
2 plank twists (15 sec. per side)
and a 30 second high plank

 

Dec. 19th:

On my third day off from bootcamp my trainer gave to me...
3 pop-ups*
2 plank twists (15 sec. per side)
and a 30 second high plank
*pop-ups: Start in a high plank, kick both feet in towards hands, and come up only half way, into a squat position, hands raised in air. Put both hands back on ground and kick both feet out back to plank position.

 

Dec. 20th:

On my fourth day off from bootcamp my trainer gave to me...
4 star jumps
3 pop-ups
2 plank twists (15 sec. per side)
and a 30 second high plank

 

Dec. 24th:

On my fifth day off from bootcamp my trainer gave to me...
5 BURPEEEEEEES!!...

4 star jumps
3 pop-ups
2 plank twists (15 sec. per side)
and a 30 second high plank

 

Dec. 26th:

On my sixth day off from bootcamp my trainer gave to me...
6 lunges per leg
5 BURPEEEEEES!!...

4 star jumps
3 pop-ups
2 plank twists (15 sec. per side)
and a 30 sec. high plank

 

Dec. 27th:

On my seventh day off from bootcamp my trainer gave to me...
7 hands off ground push-ups
6 lunges per leg
5 BURPEEEEEES!!...

4 star jumps
3 pop-ups
2 plank twists (15 sec. per side)
and a 30 sec. high plank

 

Dec. 28th:

On my eighth day off from bootcamp my trainer gave to me...
8 supermans
7 hands off ground push-ups
6 lunges per leg
5 BURPEEEEEES!!...

4 star jumps
3 pop-ups
2 plank twists (15 sec. per side)
and a 30 sec. high plank

 

Dec. 31st:

On my ninth day off from bootcamp my trainer gave to me...
9 triceps dips
8 supermans
7 hands off ground push-ups
6 lunges per leg
5 BURPEEEEES!!...

4 star jumps
3 pop-ups
2 plank twists (15 sec. per side)
and a 30 sec. high plank

 

Jan. 2nd: HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

On my tenth day off from bootcamp my trainer gave to me...
10 step ups per leg
9 triceps dips
8 supermans
7 hands off ground push-ups
6 lunges per leg
5 BURPEEEEEES!!...

4 star jumps
3 pop-ups
2 plank twists (15 sec. per side)
and a 30 sec. high plank

 

Jan. 3rd:

On my eleventh day off from bootcamp my trainer gave to me...
11 reverse crunches
10 step ups per leg
9 triceps dips
8 supermans
7 hands off ground push-ups
6 lunges per leg
5 BURPEEEEES!!...

4 star jumps
3 pop-ups
2 plank twists (15 sec. per side)
and a 30 sec. high plank

 

Jan. 4th:

On my twelfth day off from bootcamp my trainer gave to me...
12 bicycles per side
11 reverse crunches
10 step ups per leg
9 triceps dips
8 supermans
7 hands off ground push-ups
6 lunges per leg
5 BURPEEEEES!!...

4 star jumps
3 pop-ups
2 plank twists (15 sec. per side)
and a 30 sec. high plank
