I’m an Ultimate Bootcamp Junkie.
But after a hectic busy season, no work out time and endless take-out food, I was not feeling like myself and holding onto more weight than I had a right to! ;)
In March, I decided to recommit to getting fit. I made it to Bootcamp, even on the days I wished I hadn’t heard my alarm, and was always so happy I’d gone. I also started eating better and practicing yoga!
In 3 months, I lost over 15 lbs. and am back to feeling great! I also finished my FIRST Half Ironman!
