The Ultimate Wedding Workout: 10 Minute Arm Toner and Bootcamp for Brides

Wedding season will be here before you know it and at Ultimate Bootcamp, we work with a lot of brides prepping for their big day. We know you want to look and feel your best and we're here to motivate you along the way! That's why we've put together a quick ten minute workout that focuses on your arms and upper body. By tightening up the muscles in this area, you'll be sure to look sleek and toned on your big day!

Taking place at the beautiful Marriott Long Wharf, you will get a 60 minute workout designed to burn 500-700 calories and tone up those areas that will be highlighted on your wedding day, led by Ultimate Bootcamp Founder, Jill Tomich.
